FJF Names Roger Reierson to Board of Directors

WASHINGTON, D.C. (JULY 22, 2026) — Farm Journal Foundation is pleased to announce that agricultural industry leader Roger Reierson is joining its board of directors.
As the current Executive Chairman of RR46, an investment, research, and marketing communications firm that amplifies and grows businesses, Reierson has spent his 50-year career dedicated to helping several agriculture-focused companies expand. He started with the Flint Group in 1976 when it was small, just 13 people. Eight years later he took over as President and catalyzed a large expansion to 10 offices and more than 200 employees. This expansion included the formation of AdFarm, one of North America’s largest communications firms dedicated solely to agriculture.
Reierson brings a wealth of accolades and experience to Farm Journal Foundation’s Board of Directors. He was recognized as the National Agri-Marketing Association’s Agri-Marketer of the year in 2011 for outstanding achievements in ag communications. In 2022, he was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma’s International Business Honor Society.

Reierson has also served on various national, regional, and community boards, many of them as their chair, including as past regional and national board member for NAMA, Fargo Downtown Business Association, Fargo Chamber of Commerce, Greater North Dakota State Chamber, North Dakota New Economy Initiative, AANI- Advertising Assoc. Network International, Village Foundation Board, North Dakota Agri-Business committee, and The North Central Higher Learning Commission. He holds his degree from Bemidji State University and received its Distinguished Alumni award in 2016.
